"plant a tree"

The “Plant A Tree” a tree project is a special multi-faceted project, combining team building, ecological project, climate change action on micro level. All actions to slow climate change are of outmost importance. Climate change is a global challenge that affects everyone, everywhere. Some people and organisation might feel there is little they can do  stop climate change. We believe that every little step counts, and if we all make a little step, that is an enormous big step. The “plant a tree” project builds on the fact that we need to plant more trees, as trees are the ultimate carbon capture and storage machines.  There are a lot of initiatives to support planting trees. 

Our “Plant A Tree” project is a team building activity organised in collaboration with our partner Arcadia Garden. Arcadia Consulting brings the knowledge of the  team building activities, and Arcadia Garden brings the knowledge of  arboriculture (how to choose a tree, where to plant, how to plant). The  Plant A Tree” project is a team building activity, where your team can plant one ore more trees at your company’s site as part of a teambuilding activity. We also provide ongoing support for nurturing the tree(s). This activity can give you the satisfactory feeling that you are doing something to combat climate change.

Enhancing creativity and innovation

We believe that in the present fast changing world, creativity and innovation are two fundamental competencies that allow individuals and organisations to be able to react for the new and for the yet unknow. We believe that everyone has the potential to innovate and create. The trick is understanding how to unlock and nurture that creativity.
