Linked to our organisational development consultancy, we are offering team building activities for organisations that aim to strengthen and develop their teams.
Our name Arcadia relates to the a poetic byword for an idyllic vision of unspoiled wilderness. Arcadia is a poetic shaped space associated with bountiful natural splendor and harmony. We choose Arcadia as our name to reflect one of our core values: to be in harmony in nature. We believe that we shall operate in harmony with nature both on individual and organisational level to flourish and also to keep our planet for future generations.

All of my positions included strong team and project management duties. I’ve managed projects of all sizes – from smaller one month projects through big scale several year long major projects, to international cooperation projects including EU funded projects (budget sizes up to £28m / year). I managed large teams & organisations (direct line management of up to 15 people, staff management of up to 250 people). &
Besides my management work, I have been engaged in consultancy activities for several years, supporting organisations of all sides and from various industries and supporting also individuals and leaders to flourish their talents.”
